Kitchen Renovation

Working with Mark at Property Perfect LLC made turning my ugly corner of what was the garage into a lovely, very usable mudroom. He paid great attention to my vision, took care with details and made sure everything was done correctly. He came when he said he would be there, finished when he said it would be finished and stayed right on the money for cost. Mark is a professional in every sense of the word.

I recently had a tile project completed and could not be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the contractor was punctual, professional, and extremely efficient. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of the project was completed with care and precision, and the finished product looks outstanding. It is refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in their craft while also offering very competitive pricing. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for high-quality tile work and a smooth, stress-free experience.

Marc was very professional. He came to my home the day after we spoke and gave me a reasonable quote to replace damaged siding on my house. He is very detailed oriented and gets the job done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends or hire him again.

Brought my bathroom from the 1990’s to a Beautiful modern space. Property Perfect did an exceptional job on our bathroom remodel. We asked them to come in and do all the projects we weren’t comfortable doing ourselves. I appreciate them working with us so we could complete the painting and finish work on our own. The attention to detail and the professionalism that was given was everything I could ask for. The finished project was amazing and definitely would love to have them redo my kitchen in May. Absolutely recommend for your next project. Just not in May 🤣

Marc is professional, honest, fast, and fair. I highly recommend this business! Im very pleased with his work. He built stairs for my bulkhead.

I try to hire local businesses when ever possible. Lately it's been difficult finding honest locals. Marc Dionne was not only professional but personable. His work ethic was what I needed to see. He did a fabulous job mowing my pastures. I would certainly hire him again.

My husband and I hired Marc to fix a deck. I am a demanding customer and expect top notch service, workmanship, politeness and a reasonable price from my contractors (hard to find). I'm glad to say Marc did not disappoint. In fact, I was so impressed I will be using Marc for any future projects. I would highly recommend this gentleman for any customer who feels as I do about the contractors they hire. Thanks again Marc. Great job.

had Mark out to refurbish our screen porch, work was such good craftsmanship we hired him a second time to redo our deck, and also will be painting our house soon.Cant say enough good things about him,we highly recommend him.

We were thrilled to find a contractor right down the road from us that came over and very clearly understood everything we were asking and had plenty of experience. We hired Property Perfect to replace our decking with Trex and to install an under deck system providing us a dry entertainment space. Price was fair, timeline was appropriate, product was exceptional. We have been extremely pleased with the work we’ve had done. It was done on time, with professionalism and experience. We will recommend them and hire them again in future.
