We were thrilled to find a contractor right down the road from us that came over and very clearly understood everything we were asking and had plenty of experience. We hired Property Perfect to replace our decking with Trex and to install an under deck system providing us a dry entertainment space. Price was fair, timeline was appropriate, product was exceptional. We have been extremely pleased with the work we’ve had done. It was done on time, with professionalism and experience. We will recommend them and hire them again in future.

had Mark out to refurbish our screen porch,work was such good craftsmanship we hired him a second time to redo our deck,and also will be painting our house soon.Cant say enough good things about him,we highly recommend him.
